Shelf Life: Smokehouse products are stored frozen and will ship frozen, arriving thawed and ready to enjoy. Unopened packages are shelf-stable for up to 4 months. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within a few days. For longer storage, opened packages may be refrozen.

Ingredients: Our smokehouse products are made with beef, seasonings and curing ingredients. Wyoming Original Jerky contains beef, water, salt, MSG, pepper, garlic powder and cultured celery powder. Sweet Teriyaki Jerky contains soy and wheat. Sweet Maple Bacon Snack Sticks contain soy. Full ingredient information is provided on each product label.
